Après un arrêt de deux ans, Dionysos se reforme en 1976 pour enregistrer Dionysos, son troisième album, qui bénéficie d'une meilleure réalisation et d'une habileté technique accrue, avec une nouvelle sonorité se rapprochant du blues-rock d’Offenbach.
Reformed with a few personnel changes after a two-year hiatus, Dionysos recorded their third, self-titled album in 1976. Boasting better production values and higher levels of musicianship, Dionysos is a step forward in a new, blues-tinged style reminiscent of Offenbach.
